Guest in Esbjerg Airport

Guest card
If you have business at Esbjerg Airport that does not involve travel activities, you are, in accordance with the airport’s regulations on access and movement, required to wear a visible visitor guest card throughout your stay at the airport.
The guest card is issued at the Information Desk at the Traffic Office.
You will be asked to register your arrival on the screen located to the left of the Traffic Office.

ID badge
External partners must always carry a valid ID badge in order to access and remain in the secured areas of Esbjerg Airport.
The ID badge is issued by staff at the Security Office.
Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–11:00.
The ID badge is personal and must be worn visibly at all times when staying at the airport and within the airport’s secured areas.
