Types of information
Esbjerg Airport collects and processes the following types of personal data about you:

• Master data, i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number.

To the extent necessary, your personal data will be disclosed and shared.

Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent, including disclosure based on consent.

Use of data processors
Your personal data may be processed and stored by our data processors, who store it on our behalf and according to our instructions.

Our data processors include:

• IT software provider (Microsoft)
• IT company that provides backup and support services, etc.
• Website company, including domain hosting company

Storage period

We store personal data about you for as long as we need to fulfill the purposes stated above. Master data, i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number. There may be cases where we are required to store your personal data for a longer period of time, e.g. in connection with a complaint or compensation case, in which case the data will be stored until the case is finally concluded.

Your rights
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to Esbjerg Airport’s processing of your information. You can exercise these rights at any time. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact Esbjerg Airport.

• Right to view your information (right of access)
• You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.
• Right to rectification (correction)
• You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. Esbjerg Airport is obliged to consider the request.

In special cases, you have the right to have the information deleted before the time it would otherwise be deleted. Esbjerg Airport is obliged to consider the request.

• Right to restriction of processing
  In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may only process information in the future – except for storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting, or defending a legal claim, or to protect a person or important societal interests.
• Right to object
  In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
